Healthy Flapjack Recipe without the guilt

Ingredients
1 Cup Organic wholegrain Oats are best if possible (Can get these from Asda / Tesco)
2 Tbsp Coconut oil (Organic Extra Virgin Best, from Aldi / B&M)
1 Egg (Chia egg if vegan)
3 Tbsp Honey / Pure Maple Syrup
3 tbsp. whatever fruit, I like raisins, cranberrys, dried apricots & Goji
2 tbsp. Pumpkin seeds or whatever seeds you prefer (49p a pot from Aldi)
1 teaspoon Madagascan vanilla extract

Method
place all ingredients in a bowl, (Melt coconut oil first in microwave). Put on a lined baking tray and squash dowen, put in the oven 180degrees & cook for around 15-20 mins, you want the oven on pretty low. Take out and allow to cool before cutting otherwise they will break.
