Indulgent steak salad

Sirloin Steak works best as its most tender
Wholegrain Rice
Feta Cheese
Pomegranates (Aldi 89p for premade pot)
Fresh Mint & Corriander.
Olive Oil & Lemon
Jarred sweet peppers

Put the wholegrain rice on boil whilst preparing the rest of the food. Leave your steak to rest for around half an hour out of the fridge before cooking. Chop your mint leaves & coriander finely and cut your lemon in half. When the rice is nearly cooked fry your steak to whatever your liking and drain the rice when cooked. Whilst the rice is hot put your pomegranate seeds, feta, mint, coriander, olive oil & squeeze your lemon, salt, pepper & mix. Char your peppers on a grill or foreman (you can skip this step if you want). Slice your cooked steak up and plate on top of the rice. This is so yummy and is a Jamie Oliver inspired recipe, it does take a little time & can be pricey with the steak, but worth it if you want a lovely meal.
