I love to prep a few days in advance so I can always have healthy food and have no excuses to eat junk food. It is so easy to do once you know how and now it is part of my lifestyle. I prep a couple of times a week for an hour usually at a time and I mainly prep only breakfast, lunch & snacks.
Chicken is a great source of lean protein and you can prep a lot of it at a time. It will stay fresh for around 4 days in the fridge or you can freeze them once cooked.
