Turkey Meatball Recipe

Premade Turkey meatballs (Musclefood) or you can make your own with lean turkey mince
1 Tinned tomatoes
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Whatever veggies you have in (I used red onion & Peppers)
Herbs (I used Basil, oregano, Mixed herb, Garlic)
1 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
1 organic beef stock cube (Doesn’t have to be organic)
1 tbsp Honey or Pure Maple Syrup

Fry onion until browned, throw in herbs, meatballs and peppers and allow to cook for a little while. Once nearly cooked, put tinned tomatoes in and let simmer for around 5-7 minutes then before serving put in your stock cube, Worcester sauce and honey. Cook for a further 3 minutes & serve with wholemeal spaghetti/rice/jacket or I like to serve with just vegetables. The above picture is my partners dinner.
