Wholemeal Pitta each
Mixed Herbs & Garlic powder, salt, pepper, chilli flakes
Whatever toppings you fancy (I have used mozzarella with pepper & Sweetcorn)
Put tomato puree on the pitta base (works well with wraps/thins), then put your herbs & garlic powder, salt pepper etc. Put the rest of the toppings on and place in the oven at around 180degrees, leave for around 10-12 minutes or until browned,
These are very good for the weekend as they still feel a little naughty but are completely guilt free, also children love making them and they are so quick to make & cheap.
