Snacks without the junk calories

These are all great options for a treat night, you wouldn’t eat like this all the time if you are trying to lose weight though as calories are still calories. I try to eat as natural as possible and when I want treats I try to stick to foods that are lower in calories per 100gram, that way you can have a bigger portion size for your calories. I will be doing a blog soon on portion control as I didn’t realise years ago how small a portion actually is and how easy it is to overeat. Tips to follow!!
